10 Minutes Arms and Abs

Team - Finally! I am so sorry - it took this video forever to load! I was always told, those who wait will be rewarded...so here ya go!

10 Minutes Arms and Abs - you'll only need a resistance band for this workout. If you don't have a band, try hand weights or some soup cans.
