Happy Happy Monday! Super excited to listen to my playlist tonight in class. I've said it before and I'll say it until the end of time...music is crucial in every class. It costs money to buy these songs every week, but music drives motiviation. This is especially true in a fitness class.
Things to note: Jumps and standing climbs are repeated in this profile. After each climb, back off resistance so the class can jump to the beat of the song.
